"Tyler is incredibly blessed to have an amazing school like Bridgemark in our community. The teachers and leaders at Bridgemark have provided an encouraging, supporting environment for our son. He is learning in a way that allows him to be himself and build his confidence. We are thankful for Bridgemark!"

"Several years ago, my family watched as our intelligent and curious child struggled to navigate the quick pace required in a traditional classroom. We were desperate to understand these learning differences that seemed to get in the way of academic success. All attempts to "catch up" proved to be futile and left us feeling worried and defeated. This is our third year with Bridgemark and I can't explain the growth we have witnessed in our student. All of the critical skills have improved beyond our expectations. There is reading, writing, but above all, a love for learning has been nurtured and restored. Curiosity and confidence are encouraged. Differences are embraced instead of being labeled as a disability. And, most importantly, tools are given to the whole family so that each child can master skills at their own pace. Gone are the days of crying and begging to miss school! Our family is so thankful for the dedication and safety of this unique program and educators."

"Bridgemark has been transformational in our children's education. It's an environment where they feel at ease and able to learn at their own pace, with other children and teachers who not only understand their struggles but find and illuminate their strengths. Bridgemark has allowed our children to feel successful and develop a sense of confidence that they did not have before. This has given them the opportunity to begin to carve out a path towards a bright future!"

"I have never experienced what we are experiencing. My child is happy every day when I pick her up. She wants to come to school and loves being there. She is able to tell me what she is doing in her classes, and she understands the lessons. One of the best things she says is that she is able to talk to her teachers."

-Grandparent of a High School Student

"I attended Bridgemark from 2014-2020. Before I attended Bridgemark, I had no confidence in my academic abilities and truly struggled to keep on task with any lesson. Mrs. Warren, along with all of her fellow instructors, met me where I was at and gave me the tools to make sense of the things that left me discouraged before.  Every teacher was patient, kind, and believed in each student’s potential. I grew and formed lifelong friendships within the walls of this institution. When I completed 11th grade at Bridgemark, I enrolled in Tyler Junior College for my senior year. I went from being behind in my studies to graduating early with a 4.0 GPA.  I went on to obtain two associates degrees at TJC with a 4.0., and today I am a registered cardiac sonographer.  I give so much of the credit of my success to the education and training that I received from Bridgemark."

-Grace C., Former Student

"Something that has changed my life is my school. Before Bridgemark, all of my teachers told me I was not going to make it in life, and I would always struggle in school. I was convinced that was true. The teachers at Bridgemark changed all of that. I started becoming more confident in myself; I became stronger. I even became ok with my learning disability. I would say it changed my life for the better. Anything can make a difference in someone's life. If you just try and believe, you can make an impact."

-High School Student

"Where does your son go to school?' That question for me brings a joy in my heart that only a parent with a child who has the gift of learning differently can explain. My answer is usually explained in an overly excited long breath that the person of interest might regret asking what Bridgemark Center of Learning has done for my 7 year old and for our family. The inclusive environment of Bridgemark is in itself amazing. The acceptance my son at school has done so much for his self-confidence. The teachers go above and beyond for my son's unique way of learning by giving him tools to open doors in his future that might not have been an option without Bridgemark. He has attended Bridgemark for 2 years, and we have no plans of going anywhere else anytime soon. For him, it is where he wants to be and as his parents, we are grateful to all the teachers and staff he has the opportunity to continue his education at Bridgemark Center for Learning."

-Parents

"Bridgemark is doing wonders for our son already! He gets up every morning right when we wake him, eats breakfast, and gets dressed without a single complaint. Over the weekend he misses school. He does his homework with zero complaints, as well. He told me the other day that he is PROUD of himself. I literally do not think I have ever heard those words come out of his mouth. That statement right there is worth the tuition! Also, he just pulled out his library book and excitedly sat down for us to read together, and he read the whole thing (with me doing the bigger words) and didn't get frustrated once! Thank you!"

-New Parent

"In 2014 my parents learned about a new school that was opening for children with learning differences. After attending an informational meeting, they decided that the new school, Bridgemark Center for Learning, would be a wonderful opportunity for me since I was struggling academically. I am dyslexic and the large classes in public school, standardized testing, and lack of faculty training and support for students with learning differences was holding me back. I started at Bridgemark in August 2014 and stayed there until I graduated high school in May 2022. The smaller class sizes and one-on-one attention from the teachers gave me the opportunity to learn and practice the skills I had missed at my previous school. I also gained self-confidence and the ability to advocate for myself as a student. Additionally, the smaller classes allowed me to create bonds with other peers who are now friends for life. During my senior year at Bridgemark, I was accepted into Texas Tech University and received two scholarships, including the Texas Tech Presidential Scholarship. During my sophomore year at Texas Tech, I was admitted into the Huckabee College of Architecture and will graduate in May 2026 with a B.A. in Architecture. I believe the Lifeskills, as well as the reading and writing instruction that I received at Bridgemark have contributed to my academic success. As a result, I have remained on the Dean’s List or the President’s List during each of the seven semesters I have attended Texas Tech. Following my graduation in May 2026, I plan to pursue a master's degree in architecture. I am certain that I would not have achieved all that I have without the education and support I received at Bridgemark!"
